A Study of Reduced Torque Compensation Method Under Temperature Variation Based on Single Torque-Current Lookup Table

In permanent magnet motors, the stator resistance and magnetic flux of change as temperature increases. These changes result in a maximum torque point per unit ampere (MTPA) motor. Without adequate compensation, this leads to decrease output torque. For reason, look-up table (LUTs) are prepared over range used for interpolation. This paper proposes method compensate reduction due increase using only single LUT at base temperature. First, an estimation linkage is performed. Second, problem modeled limited optimization minimize loss reduction. The calculated real time through fundamental active power. compensation value Lagrange multiplier method, technique, estimated proposed verified by comparing it with other algorithms simulation experiment.
